Personally I blame Evan's woes on that gushing Football Focus interview with Kelly Somers. He was never the same thereafter. Kiss Of Albion Death IMHO, on the same scale as Opera Woman used to be

Before Evan got injured he seemed to invariably end up playing with his back to goal in central midfield due to an injury-stricken chronically mis-balanced team. Hopefully the team will re-balance in due course and he can get back to doing what he does best

Worryingly long absence

The penalty miss was unfortunate. But regarding Evan's form for the Albion, the whole team has been struggling against shitty sides that employ a low block. The main providers from the wing (Solly, Mitoma) have been largely missing, and the rare opportunities that Evan gets for a proper run-out...

Tempting to say he needs more game time, but at the same time he's not really making the most of his limited opportunities. Tho tends to get chucked on by RDZ more in hope than expectation
