Gordon Greer is convinced Albion should have had an equaliser at Brentford.
The skipper believes his volley in first-half stoppage time, which would have made the score 2-2, was wrongly ruled out.
Lewis Dunk was penalised for a foul at a corner as Greer hammered in a volley.
It would have been his second goal of the game, matching Dunk’s feat in the previous match against Charlton.
Greer told The Argus: “Dunky did great to get his two goals and my second should have stood.
“It was a foul on Dunky but they gave the foul against him.
“We’re disappointed with that but hopefully we get a decision go our way on Tuesday.”
Greer also backed his fellow defender against claims he should have been sent-off for a professional foul on Bees striker Andre Gray.
He added: “I thought the guy played for it but I’m going to stick up for Dunky because he’s in my team.
“I thought he dived as well. I thought he could have gone through and the ball was going back the goalie.
“I think he got Dunky booked but it was difficult to see.”
