This is now the icing on the cake as it will bring everybody together in one place and hopefully it can help us push the club into the Premier League"
Jake Forster-Caskey
Jake Forster-Caskey says the club's new training ground can give Albion the perfect platform for promotion to the Premier League.
The Seagulls midfielder had his first look around the £31m facility last week and says it will only help spur on the squad in their quest to reach the top flight.
He told seagulls.co.uk, "This facility is what the club has been missing, we already have a fantastic stadium but once this place is ready the whole club is then prepared for the Premier League.
"This is now the icing on the cake as it will bring everybody together in one place and hopefully it can help us push the club into the Premier League.
"It is then down to us as players to do that for the community. We know what it will mean for the city and county of Sussex. We get so many fans that come to the games every week so to do it for them would be amazing."

Forster-Caskey and his team-mates will begin pre-season training for the 2014/15 season in the new state of the art complex and, following a tour with Martin Perry the midfielder admitted he is stunned by the facility.
"It is incredible; you can already see how amazing it is going to be. It was my first time here and now I just cannot wait until it is finished. On the first day when we turn up for training it will be pretty spectacular for all the players.
"When I was with the under-14s we used to train at a totally different place to where the first team did, so for the youngsters coming through to be training at the same place, seeing what the first team do, will only give them the extra boost and motivation to progress.
"It shows the young players what you can get to but it is amazing for us first team players as well to be able to come and train at a place like this."
