Don't look now is a classic. They are supposed to be remaking it but I don't think it will work as well, it can only be more Hollywood. It is also one of those films where not knowing the ending is key.

Yes the aussies certainly have. How about Walkabout?, a film from the early 70's starring a young, nubile, and very naked, Jenny Agutter.

Julie Christie again, can't go wrong. The dwarf in the red coat still sends shivers down my spine. I also loved the Riva boats and the Venice setting. Very unnerving film though.

I'm generalising wildly, but better than almost anyone I think.
I was very surprised how much I enjoyed Salmon Fishing in the Yemen ..... really good, enjoyable film.
