There used to be someone with a pet pig in Hove a few years back. They used to walk him/her around on a lead. I think it had it’s own instagram page.

I was going to mention, I saw the same on Queen's Park Road back in 2018. I've seen cats on leads. But that's not so rare.

Friend who lives in Brighton used to have a pet rabbit she took for walks on a lead. Was many years ago. Yes she was a bit odd.

Used to be a bloke in Crawley years back who walked around with a raccoon on his shoulder.
