Two of the worst ODI teams in the world going toe-to-toe in the bid for World Cup qualification...

England: 1 Jamie Smith, 2 Ben Duckett, 3 Joe Root, 4 Harry Brook (capt), 5 Jos Buttler (wk), 6 Jacob Bethell, 7 Will Jacks, 8 Jamie Overton, 9 Brydon Carse, 10 Adil Rashid, 11 Saqib Mahmood.

West Indies: 1 Brandon King, 2 Justin Greaves, 3 Keacy Carty, 4 Shai Hope (capt & wk), 5 Amir Jangoo, 6 Roston Chase, 7 Jewel Andrew, 8 Matthew Forde, 9 Alzarri Joseph, 10 Gudakesh Motie, 11 Jayden Seales

A big challenge for Harry Brook... come on England!

"New era now, new leadership. Hopefully we can bring a lot of energy, competitiveness, and a lot of fun as well out out there, try and engage the fans as much as we can - and yeah, try and get some wins under our belt." Harry Brook

Deepest, darkest Sussex
Decent start by England, 46-0 off 5

Are we likely to see Seales back at Hove this summer?

England 90/1 from 10.

The one wicket to fall, was an outstanding catch at shortish mid wicket to dismiss Jamie Smith.

I think it was just for the early county champ games. Even if he was staying we wouldn't see much of him as we've only got 2 home county championships during 'summer' (June, July and August).

350 up, still 25 balls left. Bethell on the charge.
