Just noticed this by chance, and can't see any mention to it on here nor anywhere else.

So it may be common knowledge, and passed me by, but I suspect not...

This page - https://www.brightonandhovealbion.com/pages/en/timeline - references a home-fans-only 1901 Pub which will open for the 2026/27 season.

Anyone who enjoys looking through planning applications and the like ,have any more details?

1901 pub - I wonder if that means another "them and us" place to go to like the upstairs/downstairs terrace or will 1901 just be the name rather than those allowed in
Given it’s in the north stand you’d think they steer away from that sort of thing with this.

All the Billy Big Bucks, quaffing their bubbly while gazing at the assortment of poor riff raff through thickened glass!

Deepest, darkest Sussex
You would have thought so, but aren't they putting a 1901 section as a second tier like the South Stand has
The North with a 1901 tier above it will just look like an inverse version of this

"And how much do those types of people pay for one of those seats in that lively area over there?"

"Its a little over £500 for one of those Sir"

"£500....... really.......... so pretty similar to one of ours per matchday"

"No Sir......... thats £500 per season"

"Per Season........Oh right yes......quite,......how lovely......... another top up if I may"

"yes Sir"

Isn’t this part of the new north hospitality shelf that is the reasoning behind moving the police box to the other side of the north stand.

Another excuse to muffle any noise coming from the back of the North where the singers are.

I wonder how many other clubs have expanded their home 'kop' with a corporate area. Absolute knobfest. Oh no wait, this lot are exclusively allowed to wear a £65 replica shirt.

What a load of old bollocks football has become.
'Come and witness the great uncouth unwashed of the North Stand, so close that you can almost smell them. Be a part of it! And apart from it!'
