I saw him at The Big Apple in Brighton in 1971. He was in Johnny Winter's band. A phenomenal guitarist. It was a wonderful gig.
Wasn't he a Chicago gangster shot by the FBI at the Biograph Theater on Lincoln Ave. on July 22, 1934?
