Talksport talking absolute shyte as per - welcoming Sunderland back to the PL and talking about the likes of us being 'insignificant clubs' and that the PL is better off with the likes of Sheff Weds (ffs - when were they last in the top division? Christ), Leeds etc rather than insignificant clubs... whilst at the same time saying you have to respect the football pyramid and the likes of us have earned our right to be there. 🤷‍♂️ it's almost like if you don't have history as a top club, you don't have history at all in these twat's eyes. Our history is just as significant as the top clubs - doesn't matter that it's at a lower level

That turnip of a Chelsea fan Rory Jennings going on about how good it is to see Sunderland in the PL (me to) as against those “insignificant” clubs like Brentford Bournemouth and Brighton ..wa**ker

Edit beaten to it

Slight amendment as the other presenter challenged him on it

If any village are missing their idiot I’ve a feeling that they’re out the back of mine, streets are full with Sunderland fans singing songs they don’t know the words too.

Rory Jennings is just a shouty man on the radio/internet. Not sure how he gets a perch really. But it's just one opinion and nothing to get riled about.

Might be an idea to loan Watson back to Sunderland for next season. There’s a bond there and he won’t be playing against us! A year of Premier League football which he probably wouldn’t get here. just a thought.

Loved the way Tommy Watson was in such a rush get into an Albion shirt he ripped his shirt after scoring. Fans and pundits who drone on about which clubs they don’t support they would prefer to play at the top table are utter wankers. Football isn’t Stricity or X Factor where spectators get a vote. Well done Sunderland welcome to the Premier League you got there on merit.

You do know Sunderland fans think they are one of the biggest clubs in the country.
