Tonight provides a new conundrum.

Hoping Forest drop points, watch Man Ure get battered or the classic Trump v Williams.

Decisions, decisions.......
Didnt want to watch Liverpool winning the league. I was sick to the back teeth of that happening year after year in the 70s and 80s , and never wan to see them win so much as a corner now. Didnt want to watch Palace getting to Wembley. Tonight, dont want to watch either of Man Utd or Spurs getting to a European Final. Ive gradually, over 50 odd years or so started to really dislike most other English clubs its meant I generally dont want any of these teams to win - was thrilled that Villa got knocked out, for example. What's happened to me? I remember supporting English teams in Europe back in the 70s and 80s. It never happens now. I almost always want them to lose.

To be honest, a Spurs win (or at least get through) tonight would be in our favour. Final is on the 21st, 4 days before we have to play them. Imagine the scenes, they trot out having lost to Man Utd AET & pens, absolutly shattered.
