My favourite. Hot enough and very nice fresh flavour.

My 12yr daughter absolutely love a good chilli sauce and when we are down in Brighton, we always pick up a selection from Gardner St. our favourites are the cranberry one and the mango one. Last Summer we grew our own chillis and made our own sauce. We are planning to set up our own company called ‘Who wants to be a Chilli-O-Naire’

Mexican chile habanero sauce made with peanuts (cacahuate) is an amazing combination. Not many commercially available though - our kid brought us one back last year, chucked the bottle, annoyingly.

According to Zoe, your stomach microbiome love chili pepper so I do try to always have some hot sauce in the fridge. I'm cheap n cheerful so current favourite is a Lidl peri peri ripoff that I love adding in quantity to my beans on toast.

Over here I have a mate named Jerry and he makes his own chilli sauces etc. His company is Wildfire Chilli. He makes all levels of hot sauce as well as a chilli salt he calls Burnt Embers. He also makes a nice lime jam which has a kick.
I help him out at shows and markets and get a good discount.

Having sampled genuine Buffalo Wings from the Anchor Bar, this the closest sauce I have found, not the hottest but very pleasant.

A classic, primarily because of its taste not just heat. If you want a winning sauce in sales, it needs to be taste firstly then heat. More peopler will enjoy if it's the former with a bit of a kick rather than the latter for psycho's!!

Just had a smash burger and fries delivered. This smokey mildly spicy sweet number worked nicely. This guys sauces, with added fruit, are great.

Mr Vikki's King Naga and Queen Naga, very hot but also extremely tasty.

Mr Naga, nowhere near as nice as Mr Vikki's but perfect for a shot of heat.

Delish, a Barbados hot sauce made with Scotch Bonnets, always bring back a large bottle.
