Hi, quick question. My son (adult) can’t go to the Liverpool game and his grandad would like to go instead. I rang the club and they said grandad needs to be a my Albion plus member and we can then share the ticket. We get that we’ll be paying £38 for MAP when the season is almost over but are prepared to do that as we can share the ticket for free being the first time this season we will have shared it. When we go to get the MAP, it is only showing for the 25/26 season and not this one. Does anyone know if you can still buy membership for this current season please . I’ve looked several times but could be missing it I guess. Thanks in advance.

You could list the ticket on the exchange and then buy it as a guest ticket (guests don’t have to have memberships but might need to have their details registered). You’ll pay the full price but get your season ticket refund- it might work out cheaper

Swindon, but used to be Manila
If it’s on your phone I’d just put him through the gates as your son. They don’t seem to care at home games and it’s a lot less hassle
Have you not seen the colours that the gate scanner turns to, Green for Adult, Orange for senior....I dont know the colour for kids ticket, I would not risk it.

will depend on what steward is on duty.....if the Grandad looks over 65 they MIGHT question it.....then they might not.....its a risk the OP will have to take
Am I right in thinking guest tickets have to be adult tickets? If so, there’s the reason.

Edit: not guest tickets, exchange tickets

We were advised to do just this by tix office this week. No lag between tix listing, to being on website.

As others have said… I have been in this position before… I needed to give my Dad the ticket so he could take my Son whilst I was away…
I set my Dad up with a free ticket account that allows purchase on the exchange (may be a qualifying period to stop away fans buying in the home end)…
I listed my ticket on the exchange and simultaneously brought it with my Dads account.

I had to pay full price for the ticket or something like £37 but then received a refund of £32 on my ticket a few days later.

Tickets are all in the right names and bypassed the need to purchase MA+. Especially so close to the end of season
