If they beat The Biggest Club The World Has Ever Seen tonight, they'll qualify for the play-offs.

Last time they were in the top flight was 1979/80.

Nice place to go for an away trip. It's been a while since Sidders from the half-way line...

In 2 minds about this one.

It would be a great away day, but they will just be next season's canon fodder.
Similarly if Coventry/Milwall or Sunderland were to make it through.

Not sure on Sheff Utd's current financial state, but presumably they would be in a better state to try and make a fist of it?

All 3 promoted will be cannon fodder.......hopefully Leeds picking up less points than Southampton

It must be a truly shit time to be a Bristol Rovers fan. The Bristol rivalry situation reminds me a bit of Palace and us, but we had the excuse of being owned by lying asset strippers - and even then we were back to near parity 25 years later. Last time Rovers were above City in the league was in 2000. Since then, they've gone in opposite directions and Rovers still play in a place unfit for professional football

I thought Sunderland had some money these days? They'd probably make a fair go of it.

Would love to see Brizzle City come up. My home during university years and a fantastic city, also I believe the largest city never to have had a PL (post 1992) club, so long overdue.

And likely one of the relegation places already accounted for.
