Apologies, I think you've taken the brunt of me being pissed off by seeing yet another manager poll. These polls only ever seem to come up when we lose, never when we win.

I think Tony is always more likely to fire people for poor behaviour (Poyet, DeZerbi). Poor performance he will give more time but draw the line eventually (Hyppia, Hughton).

We all know Tony isn’t the type to make knee-jerk decisions, but I do wonder if being in the crowd yesterday might have given him something to think about. The discontent was pretty clear, and it must have been difficult to ignore.

In the past he has quietly decided on a sacking mid season and then acted later, it was said CH’s fate was sealed after either the Bmuff or Cardiff defeats.

Potter used to make changes on field after 15 minutes. Sometimes.

More generally, he's been dealt a rough hand with injuries and some shite recruitment raising expectations with money spent, so I'd say he's doing ok. Not good, but ok.

I NEVER voted Potter OUT because it was obvious what he was trying to do. I have no clue what Fab is trying to do except make the same mistakes too often. We have had some good results but got lucky in nearly all the games we won imo

Potter also made in game changes and styles that made a difference. Fab wings it imo

If Lizard has a fault it’s his reluctance to accept he got it wrong without a manager meltdown to make it easier for him. CH excepted.

We've won more than we have lost. Poor results recently but good results previously. Bad run of injuries. He's doing OK for sure. Be careful what you wish for.

Iroala at Bournemouth is tipped for a big move and he has then one point more from the same number of games!

Also I need a reminder that Hurzeler didn't appoint himself.
In spells he's done very well,and against some of the better teams. Then we've been poor for a few games. The huge frustration for me is the poor performances against the weakest teams

A young coach, with a young squad, even though we've spent money.
I think TB will back him until Xmas.

Tend to agree but I do wonder if the lack of quick central defenders is holding back the high line defence style which he seems to favour.

He is doing ok. We are aiming to be a top ten team. We are tenth and a few points of 8th and up. What's wrong with that? We are exactly where we expect to be.
