Ok it was a lovely day outside so no doubt more people were there BUT this Terrace apparently allows 2000 outside and where is that? Right by the ticket office and this just creates a bottleneck trying to move through crowds of beer in hand people stood about in a queue not in a queue who knows and where exactly are the toilets now? Gave up looking and went inside to use them.

I would love to use the Terrace but I cant get anywhere near it even nearly 2 hours before kick off. The queue to go upstairs was ridiculously long, serious its too small and in the wrong place, but hey ho it sells beer and makes the club lots of money just a shame the new bike shelter is so big (more bikes are a nightmare to walk with post-match) and the seating near has gone too. My main gripe is why can't we have more seating around the stadium? Anyway Im sure I will get slated for my comments here and you know what yeah im p'd off we didnt win but thought we created stacks of chances just need to stick them away, but this Terrace hasnt improved my fan experience at all but its planning was really poor as it creates a bottleneck of chaos.

Bottlenecks were predicted by many before it opened, maybe try to shift the people towards the station where there is more room.
Bottleneck im referencing was before the match with queues to the ticket office, people stood outside the Terrace and me and others trying to pass in both directions. I suppose i got a free zig-zag through a maze to pass by!

Went upstairs after the game, service was pathetically slow.
Expensive way to wait for the train queues to subside.
Sounds like the Amex card holders aren't getting the elite lounge experience they might have been expecting - especially as the place is packed to the rafters and queueing out the door with every f*cker with their freshly printed freebie version of the card and their three mates :lolol:

Everyone applied for an Amex card, destroying the mezzanine club’s cachet overnight.

I’ve convinced myself, with zero evidence, that The Terrace is a dummy run, if it happens to be successful then the club will build another larger fan zone opposite the East Stand where the hotel was due to go.

Loved getting a beer and watching Palace lose on the big screens in the sun today - a great addition and it really isn't that hard to find the toilets - I mean it's hardly a huge area, put ya back into it.

Love The Terrace although have never been anywhere near it, as today with most people outside, far more space inside and smaller queues pregame.

Well if you were trying to pass in both directions you weren't exactly helping the situation ???

Guaranteed they'll be changing the entry requirements pronto tonto. Just like with airport lounges, you won't be getting lounge access for much longer with the poundshop version of the card and your three mates in tow :lolol:

The 1910 Club. Requiring chinos, sock-less moccasins, faux Ralph Lauren polos and of course a :wanker: lanyard.

I have an Amex card and tried twice to go upstairs, just to have a look to be honest and not a chance….

gave up

had a pint from young guy with the beer kegs on their backs and watched the city game until it finished then went inside the ns concourse…….

it looks very nice, but personally I think it’s not for the likes of me and us older fans.
