I don’t disagree. But overlooking that much of that may well be down to his methods, I still think the responsibility is on him to find a system to utilise the players we have available. And if you’re missing defenders, then you set the team up to protect a weakened defence, not leave it wide open.
His system today could and should have seen us win 5-2. This goes back to questioning who is responsible for elite-level players missing so many chances.

They are - it's on them today (and quite a few other games).

It seems that we all want our manager to put out a team which creates chances - we did in abundance - therefore he fulfilled that role, today.
If the players can't shoot straight, is that on him or the players that miss?
Genuinely, today was on the players on the pitch, who couldn't hit a barn door.
Mateta couldn't hit a barn door until Glasner arrived. Of course players miss chances but coaching, belief and tactics play their part too. Our performances have been passive since the international break. Let's not kid ourselves, we were being outplayed in the final 25minutes by a Championship side and we were hanging on.

Maybe letting them go off to Benidorm or (wherever they were) after a poor result wasn't the greatest of ideas?

Unless someone can convince me Fab is telling Pedro, Minteh, Adingra, O’Riley, Welbeck and their ilk to put simple chances wide then it’s not really his fault
That just really isn’t how football works. There is so much more to it. Environment, practice, confidence, enjoyment and pressure placed upon them or removed from them by the management staff etc etc. It’s is a collective responsibility and a proportion of that has to lie with the team coach.

That second half was like groundhog day. Absolute (and I haven't used this word for a good old while) DROSS.

Thing that annoyed me the most was just how obviously awful Leicester were. First 20 mins I can't remember seeing many worse defensive units down here.

Too many players don’t perform consistently. And by that I mean application, work rate, desire, using their bloody heads.
Too many coast here in games against lesser clubs and that has to be about us being perceived as a stepping stone for all but a very few of our players. They simply haven’t turned up against Palace or today.

Everyone and everything is just too goddam inexperienced.

You can’t learn from those around you, if those around you don’t know enough to be able to teach you. To reach their potential our younger players need a coach who has the experience to bring them through. It’s the same for the coach, you need experienced people around to support you and I’m not sure we have enough of them.

FH was livid in the interview afterwards. He had a face like thunder. I expect he's given them a rocket at Full Time. Which is more than he has done in the past.

Allowing players off on holiday for a few days this week seemed to help their mental attitude in one way. I mean, they were so relaxed that most of them played like there still on the beach. The players are taking the piss out of Fab's naivety and inexperience IMO.
After 3 defeats on the bounce, in what is a crucial point in our season, I bet they couldn't believe their luck when Fab said go on guys, take some you time!

Utter rubbish. You can't work these players like animals. It's funny how everyone was fine with FH when we went 7 unbeaten but now we've had some poor results he's naive, inexperienced etc. RDZ would have struggled with all the key players out. We've still only lost 8 games all season. I am livid about the result, it was dreadful but letting players have a break isn't an issues if they come back with the right mindset. A lot of the DID NOT!!

Think you'll find we are a "lesser club" ?

I’m far from convinced about Fab’s in game tactical nous. It’s all well and good when the tactics work from the start and things are going well, but when we need to do something different or change things when we are under pressure/not performing he seems pretty clueless.
And here lies the massive difference between him and the unmentionable manager who shat on us…

I know it’s the easy answer, but it’s all about fitness and injuries at this level. We’ve been f***ed for the last 18 months and that is just bad luck. We’ll have a season where it isn’t an issue and it’ll be brilliant.

Mid-table with half the squad out isn’t bad.

Ah, Fab's fault again. ;)
The comparison is tenuous given the gulf in ability and nous but can you imagine SAF not completely losing his shit about a performance like that? Has Fab lost his shit? I haven’t actually watched or heard his post match
