Saw him do the most amazing thing I've ever seen a drummer do, at a Blondie gig at Hammersmith Odeon, maybe 1979 or something. Whacked his drumstick off his snare drum in such a way that it sent it spinning about 20 foot into the air. Caught it on the way back down without missing so much as a beat. Astounding skills
