Sometimes, occasionally, we get an easterly, north westerly or even a southerly.
You can’t see France, even on a good day. You can‘t pretend the turbines are blocking your view.

It’s done wonders for marine life (and - selfishly - fishing)……created a nursery/exclusion zone that no commercial fishing/trawlers are allowed to enter.
Although I've grown to not mind the turbines you could argue it's spoilt the aesthetics of the view.
Never looked out to sea and found it dull love the contrast between sea and sky.
I guess all views are subjective. I find wind farms magnificent and hypnotic at the same time, sea based even better.

Just googled the question of compensation and local councils are pushing for it,Brighton council wants it based on tourism one example they want help for is funding the Madeira Terraces.
Compensation for what ?

This article makes the council look like absolute chancers. They don’t give any reason for why they should get compo. The windfarm people prove they generate tourist numbers and revenue.
