Honestly though. The push annoyed me the most, you know as a player they will drop with the slightest bit of contact, why on earth do you think it’s a good idea to do it in the dying seconds at a corner?

Missing key first teamers, the same as last season, it falls apart. But this time no one here can blame RDZ.
Squad lacking in key areas .... CB, RB, LB, DM. As pointed out by so many in summer 23 and summer 24.
Whilst we have 10's, goalies and wingers in bucketloads. Because the data shows their value signings.

Wasn't a terrible performance, wasn't a good one.
Should have done better with a two men advantage.
Their keeper was the main difference today.
Going to avoid NSC tonight - as it will be utterly insufferable.
Looking forward to the next fixture.

Not great but it’s expected. Keep saying it’s sad, because it is sad, but Dunk has totally lost it. He was a captain who lead by example- that was his thing, he’s never been a vocal leader or a proper organiser- and that has been highlighted more than ever over this season. Now he can’t actually lead by example because he’s hit a wall.
We really need to get real about the priority we’ve had for a good few years now- defenders who can organise, who have pace and who can actually defend.
Such a shame after such a brilliant run after Forest.
Palace another example of a first team better than us. We have a really deep squad but we aren’t prioritising that sensibly and I’m not sure how much sense it makes. Hopefully this summer will be a chance to get in some proven quality at the back.
Still, that run was absolutely fantastic and bodes well for next season (signings dependent).

More like without Rutter we are toothless. Recruitment for the future and not enough that can really help the team now. The really laughable thing is people criticise how Palace are run. Their recruitment has absolutlely spanked ours the last 12 months.
