Let’s wait and see. I found the OJ bit amusing, and it’s clear that’s the opening scene, because the movies always start with an action sequence.

The WHOLE point of Drebbin senior and Police Squad was their totally inept/inert abilities that pulled victory from the jaws of defeat in the most unfathomable of scenarios and situations.

I just don’t see the difference between the two I posted above.

You’d decided it would be shit before you even saw a teaser trailer, respectfully I don’t think you were either likely to change your mind, completely back down and say “I was wrong” no matter how good the film is.

Whereas I’ve said let’s wait and see and I hope it’s good, but it may very well be shit. The trailer has confirmed with one laugh already that there is hope for this.
