BV is our best goalkeeper

But..... had we still had a substitute to use, and if I was Fab, I absolutely would have switched goalkeepers in the 119th minute

Absolutely - to get a psychological advantage as much as anything.

If I'm absolutely knackered and know that I'm likely to be taking a penalty in a few moments, and saw the other team bringing on a "penalty specialist" keeper, that would 100% get in my head.
