Listen to his podcast and it may inform you.
I've listened to Daniel's podcast and he talks about his background, why he joined Brighton and the need for strong decision making, empathy and charisma being essential to a head coach's relationships with the players. He says Fabian has that ability to engage with the players and discuss tactics and performance with them. Nowhere does Daniel discuss actual tactics although he does say he was brought in with an emphasis on defence. So Daniel's obviously learning on the job too ............

Yes but after 28 games last season the points tally for the top teams was higher:

2nd: 64 pts (currently 55) +9
3rd: 63 pts (currently 51) +12
4th: 55 pts (currently 49) +6
5th 53 pts (currently 47) +6
However, if Liverpool win there next 9 games they will be on 97 and arsenal on 85.
I doubt that will happen for arsenal but it's possible.

Some of the people who shamed themselves over this are still actively posting, even on this thread.

“Anonymous” or not, I’d be so embarrassed at my behaviour I would quietly disappear - maybe change usernames - I certainly wouldn’t stick around humiliating myself further when my reputation was sub-zero.

My abiding memory of the Goldstone was we were always shit at Christmas. We put it down to the celebrations which in those days was not an unreasonable suggestion.
I always thought we were good normally over Christmas, it was January that the form used to fall away

Driving back from the Etihad today....... summary of Forest beating Ipswich came on Radio, and they were saying what schoolboy defending Ipswich had, plus they're almost certainly gone now at 9 points adrift of Wolves.

We started talking about McKenna...... did he make a bollock by turning his nose up at us (thinking he may good enough for Man U) and would he change his mind now if he could?

And secondly, is their any Albion fans who still wish we'd got him and don't see it now as a blessing in disguise?

Let’s not attack our fans constantly on this please. Some always overreact of course - look at the potter out threads etc. But Fab did make mistakes and didn’t / hasn’t connected with the fans like RDZ did. We also made some terrible errors. I was at Fab out after Forest as it was so obvious form minute 4 he’d got it wrong. I was wrong of course and a bit knee jerk and I am delighted I was wrong. Delighted.

Lots and lots of fans were wanting McKenna at the point that they were cranking up the volume on the Fab OUT -- and other related -- thread(s)

Feels like we could well be about to have a wobble. Just bringing this to the top of the board to help the reactionary cry babies so it's ready for when we lose on Wednesday.

Considering we didn’t actually lose against Forest in 90 minutes plus extra time why would we be ‘ about to have a wobble’
Injuries mounting up. Have drawn the last two games after a big winning streak. But mainly because we aren't Man City from a few years ago- there is absolutely no way in hell we are going to continue this run of form until the end of the season.

I think there is a good chance we will lose the next two now, and I absolutely guarantee that if we do there will be people back on this thread claiming they were right all along.

Playing Villa after extra time and pens is going to be difficult.

It's going to be a tough run in.

City game was a fair result I would always take a point there if possible.
We are always a bit dodgy after international breaks as our top players have to travel across the world.
I thought we eventually settled down once Gomez & Pedro were on the pitch and normal business was resumed.
Shame about Rutter although Pedro is the best 10 at the club so it won’t be a disaster.

The habitual 'to and fro' between the precipitous 'Fab out' cry and the equally precipitous 'shameful fair weather supporters' response is as predictable as it is dull.

For goodness' sake, please resist the temptation to comment while feelings are still raw. Take time and reflect before posting.....
