Cheers for your help, appreciate it, but this is where I fall at the first hurdle: I don't get a down arrow at the top. There was something in the Argus about clicking on the club crest at the top, but if I do that it simply 'greys out' the rest of the screen. Either way I'm going nowhere. Nevermind tho, got the 'Everyday' app loaded now, and none of that pesky registration/12 digit password malarkey
Have you got 3 horizontal lines in the top right?

And another thing: the foodservice team have not uploaded nutritional info for the Match Day Program. Simply unacceptable in 2025. PBOBE OUT!

I seem to be having a much smoother experience. Albion app downloaded, go to the 'american express stadium' mode using the drop down at the top, select 'the terrace' at the bottom, log in with apple login so no need to fill anything out (assume you can do the same with google for android users), select 'the terrace' at the bottom, and on the home tab you use code '2025' to register which location you'll be going to. That then means all the food/drink options for the terrace are populated in the 'order ahead' bit. Some of these steps you'll only have to do the first time, so the process will then become easier after.

But from what I know the app is just one of a few options to pay. You could use that, or use the touch screens inside the terrace, or scan the QR code with your camera phone (which I assume is visible inside, & a system lots of restaurants use), or you can just queue at the bar like normal.

it took me a while to see it, when you click the albion logo, the screen greys out but an amex stadium logo appears directly underneath the albion one, tap that and you are in!to get back to the albion ap you tap on the amex log and the albion logo appears

It seems its a real ball ache to set up, but once you have done that its quite easy-

Blimey! It does as well! Cheers for that. Who would have thought that what should be a simple food ordering app would involve partaking in a modern-day version of Dungeons & Dragons!

The bit I'm confused about is I'm checked in at the venue. Which presumably means I can order. But what if I can't get in? It feels like it's missing the geo location but so it knows your in. Like a petrol station app or similar
All the walls will be open - anyone can go in and collect stuff they've ordered and then wander outside to consume.

There’s no room for rational posts like that here.

Thread ban please, mods.

To help with this I understand that the Club have ordered a few extra picnic tables to put outside along the railway line along with the existing ones near the memorial wall/garden area.

If you go today, please post photos here for those of us unlikely to make it in.

Looking forward to the post-match reviews too - remember it's their first big day - expect a few glitches!

I notice on the app that the coffee options are:

Coffee.

Enjoy your coffee!
😄

Maybe they will let you specify what coffee you want when you collect it.

Hopefully a cheap way to get a chai oat latte with a shot of espresso - my partners order that normally costs me a fiver.
