About time, must have been at least a couple of weeks since anyone commented on the last thread about this
Said it before, but hey ho, some people buy watches, expensive coffees or go to see bands etc, it's personal choice. I have a personal plate because I liked it when I saw it, I had some spare cash, and I like them generally. Some will say this makes me a knob, those that know me will appreciate I qualify as a knob is so many other areas one more doesn't matter.
Even worse than personalised plates, are the fake personalised plates, where people change the gapping, etc.

There's a big difference in this market. There's the space changers, yes, but also cherished plates, mine is my three initials and then just three numbers

There are a few for £250 with all charges paid except cost of the number plates. Just put 0 to 250 in the Price Filter and press Update Results.
