I'm left footed, then learned that to kick with your right, you have to kick it with your left arm. After that, it became easier.
 






I was wetting myself at his performance yesterday - I just love the bloke. He can balls up against the Saints as long as he sticks it to Chelsea

Quite. And I can't help notice that it's only ever left-footed players that are accused of being one-footed. It's got diddly squat to do with the fact that 5/6 are right-footed. It just couldn't be.
Fair point, though Tariq was in a similar position with his right, and seems to have worked really hard on this, to the point his crossing on his ‘weaker’ foot his improved markedly.

I think he got caught in a moment of indecision because he wanted to take it with his left despite it being a chance more suited to his right and ended up just lunging at it with both feet.

It’s definitely something he can work on in those snap-decision moments.
Said pretty much the same to @Papa Lazarou when we were watching it - it was an easy right foot tap-in, and he just got muddled about what to do, because he can't use his right/
