Not because we're guaranteed to be there, but because that's very much the ambition so it would make sense. If it's a familiar name (not guaranteed) someone like Julen Lopetegui maybe? Not necessarily him - but someone who's been there, done it, can appreciate the value of stability and is therefore less likely to jump ship at the first mention of a 'big' club.
