Back the boss in the summer and give it a really good go again next season. RDZ IN!
Let’s back the boss today and give it a really good go against AV.

The season’s not over - It will be good to end it playing some good football regardless of the results and with the fans showing they are firmly behind the team and coach for what we have achieved in the past 18 months. It’s been a really tough season but hopefully players and fans are a bit more motivated now by some less negative responses in the press and on social media.

UTA forever.

I’m neither RDZ in or RDZ out. What I want to see is some nouse on the pitch from the players and manager we’ve got.

Of course he’s staying. Nobody wants him at the moment.

And he’s happy here because he is wanted here. At the moment.

Maybe RDZ has woken up to the reality that BHAFC really will stick by him. Great. Now start focusing a bit more on the teams we have to play and start coming up with some plans to beat them.
Indeed, this is why they're paid very big bucks.
As for us fans, we should all ensure we have a hobby that's more important to us than bhafc! ... me included 😬

If the team show intent to score they will get massive backing, if they fanny about at the back and keep losing or giving the ball away, get forward and keep passing sideways and backwards instead of looking to score, they will get brickbats from the fans after a short period, especially if we go a goal down early on from fannying about.

The team deserve and can expect loud backing from the fans but the fans also need to see a motivated, aggressive and competitive Albion team. We can be losing and the fans will stay behind the team as long as they see commitment.

It’s a two way street

What else are you going to do on a Saturday or a Sunday possibly Monday or a Wednesday and a Thursday and very occasionally on a Friday🤣
True! This morning I'm taking Raymondo Junior to play his final league match of the season. They've already won the mid Wilts league, and are rightly chuffed...and they get paid nothing 😁.
But this afternoon...yeah you're right, back to the self flagellation for 90 minutes.🤦🏼‍♂️

Is this the right time to mention that....its time he got a haircut more in keeping with his age and the shape of his face?
De Zerbi back from meeting with Barber.

Correct IMO....Then RDZ is making a mistake by his frequent pronouncements about needing to talk with Tony. He really needs PB onside.
PBOBE should say he needs to talk to RDZ. The threat of listening to a 6 hour Barber monologue would make Roberto buck his ideas up, stop whining and develop a plan B.

is anyone surprised / concerned that RDZ wants Milner & Lallana to be offered another year with us each
Very worrying. Another weakness of RDZ is that he seems to have mates that he looks after, usually the older players like Steele , lallana etc. ..

Would be absolutely mental if we renew lallana and milner.

We should be doing that every game.
Today is no different

Taking my point out of context - I meant rather than wait until the summer ( I was responding to a specific post)

Of course we should be doing it every game (at least that’s my personal opinion)

That.
Lallana also came to us with the intention of staying on as a coach, suspect next season will see his transition from player to coach.
Bloody hope so

This.
Lallana is a 50 minute player at best.
Still brilliant in possession but out of it offers very little.
Yes, but Lallana struggles to move these days so, unless a ball is passed straight at him, he can't adjust to bring it under control or, more usually, to even touch it.
I've got no problems with him staying another season, but would restrict his usage to the last 10 or 15 minutes to see a game out or try to unlock a defence (as he did brilliantly against Marseille at home).
