IF DeZerbi doesn't want to be here, then I for one, would be happy with Thomas Frank as a replacement. He's a good manger, with similar level experience, and used to a similar model (data driven recruitment / having his players developed then sold / having to bring through younger players). Done a great job at Brentford, but seems to have gone a bit stale there.
Probably Toney sloping about, doing his nails and checking his phone during matches as he sees out the season before his Big Money move to Chelski or Manure* isn't helping.

*As in this club is shit....

Let's re-examine what Thomas Frank said when he was linked with the Albion vacancy after Potter left us for Chelsea:

“A lot of it in that situation depends on the club who is approaching you. When it is a club of that magnitude and size, then maybe there is a chance to create something.

“I wouldn’t even say it is necessarily more special than what he did at Brighton, because what he created there was very special.

“But perhaps more to match yourself against the best in the world year after year, not trying to get a mid-table position.

“Trying to win the Premier League and win the Champions League, I guess that’s the challenge.

“I am in a position here where I am very happy at Brentford. I am focusing on that every single day.

“So for me it would need to be something crazy special. Football is football, but the one thing for sure is that I am very happy.”

I bet you love watching paint dry
If you are so confident in your sources that RDZ is out and Frank is in then why the need to deride someone that doesn’t either share your desire to see RDZ go and is frankly wondering why anyone would start a thread based on something Richard Keys said.

I’ll wait for the Club to announce who our manager will be next season thanks and you can be sure if it is not De Zerbi, then it will be someone that they have had their eye on as a replacement since RDZ was appointed. Maybe even someone you haven’t heard of.

Until then I’m happy watching paint dry 😀

It’s in the national news papers and I never claimed to have a source . To be honest I admire your positive thinking but sometimes maybe you could see and understand why so many fans are pissed of with RDZ attitude currently

Of course I understand it but for me, RDZs attitude is the least of the problems - I would be snorting steam frankly if my reputation rested on achieving agreed targets (to get the Club into the last 16 of the Europas and get another qualification place for next season) but the tools I needed to do it with kept falling like flies until I couldn’t field a team without relying on inexperienced teenagers, over-used players and players who are frankly pass their sell by date.

I suspect if RDZ has come across as a bit arsey to some/a lot of people, maybe it stems from intense frustration, disappointment for us, the fans and knowing if he had had the standard of tools he had last season to do the job, we’d be in a much better position than we are.
