Spot on! I just did a Google Earth and street view. I don’t think I’d want a season ticket in that corner.
It's more frightening in reality.. I know some grounds are steep etc but you get embraced by the building (in most cases) there is just a void next to you. I think other stands in the ground are the same.

I went to Valencia to watch a champions league game against Roma back in 2005. I remember having a pre match calamari baguette outside the ground. Delicious.
Do you remember anything after that, though? ???

Been to the Camp Nou twice and the stadium is absolutely ridiculous. Even up in the heavens the stands are so steep you feel like you're next to the pitch.

Wonder what it's going to be like after the redevelopment.

Valencia... A ground bang in the middle of city and they could only go upwards.
I’ve sat in that very stand! Valencia v Real Madrid, and I met half the Madrid team afterwards and shared hotel lift with Ronaldo but didn’t bother him. Moriniho was in charge back then. Alonso and Kaka were nice blokes to briefly chat with.

Even more scary...unless you are into heights

Sussex, by the sea
I was going to guess Spain or Port -o -gwal.
I remember the game finished 1- 1. I also remember lots of people eating nuts and putting the shells on the floor.
I went to the Ploiesti derby ( Astra vs Petrolul) Autumn 99 . . . There were no nuts, but the lady seeling snacks from a tray ( like ice cream in the cinema in the olden days) had little bags of sunflower or pumpkin seeds. Roasted salted pumpkin seeds were fantastic.

Henfield
I remember going on a tour of the Nou Camp and got to the top of the terraces where there was a wall overlooking the sheer drop outside - scary enough but it was almost the same looking down on the pitch which seemed a million miles away.
