Mine arrived today but you can at least check if they have been printed by logging into your account.
Go to tickets, click on Bournemouth v Albion, click details and if there is a printer icon with a cross through it next to 'Event Date and Time' then they have not been printed. If there is no icon then it means they have been printed and should be on their way.

Managed to just nab a couple of tickets which suddenly appeared
‘Arrived’ today. At least ONE of them did. Mine is marked on the receipt as ‘COLLECT’.
Would be nice if they actually included (or emailed) some details of that.
