RDZ can go to whoever pays TB the biggest compo. Effectively TB is in control (for another year at least)

It won't be whoever pays the biggest compensation (if anyone actually wants him) from all reports the amount is set in his contract so no-one will be paying over that.

I for one would be extremely sad if RDZ left us as last season and for most of this ( especially European games) he has been the most exciting and passionate manager we have ever had.

but of course our fans know better

Who are 'Man United', in that context? The fans would love him, I'm sure. But the likes of Brailsford and Ratcliffe? They'll (rightly, tbh) want a manager to buy into THEIR global vision for the rebuild of the club - not a hothead who will want things bent to HIS will.
It's interesting how quickly the perception of RDZ (passionate motivator) morphs into something different at the prospect of his landing at Old Trafford.

I agree with you - they would struggle to cope with him. Especially the players. Can you imagine the faces of Mount, Erikson and Diallo on their bench, as an irate RDZ screams 'f***ing focus' at them during the match?

Something in me would . . . .love to see it . . . . #badfan :lolol:

It’s been reported that RDZs contract lets him go anywhere this summer if someone stumps up £12m.

……..….apart from Barber being on record as saying the amount of research De Zerbi did before being interviewed was enormous, to the extent him and Bloom were shocked.
I was replying to a post saying he was not expecting his best players would be sold, not suggesting it was a fact that he hadn’t listened or done research, just that would be the case if he was surprised

I would be bothered, but as I don't think it's likely, and wouldnt be happening till after this season if it did happen, I ain't worrying about it today.

If and I think it's a big If, I don't really see their players coping with the passing from the back or the positioning straightjacket. It would probably need 15 out and 15 in, during the summer to get players in who would fit RDZ's plan A

And that is basically...the main plan. I'm not sure there's really a B.

I’d lay money that Potter or Southgate are more likely to end up at United than RDZ
Very much this. Our current form wont impress and they'll be a sense that he's been 'found out' a bit and they wont like his sometimes risky tactics. Character wise too flamboyant and would prefer a little more ' grey '
