I’m not going to bully the guy because of his sexuality, but his behaviour last night was shocking and extremely embarrassing to watch. Everything I hate to see in the game.

Something he did after the match?😳😳
Seriously, playacting happens every week and White's was no different to several others. Needs to be dealt with properly.

I haven't read all the comments so please excuse me if the point has already been made.

The fake choking issue in the match was disappointing to say the least, and signalled to me the difference between White and McAllister. Whether consciously or subconsciously I think that act signalled the player has no residual respect for the club that effectively helped him to turn his football career around. It left a bit of bad feeling especially when you recall.... https://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/19...l-brighton-giving-opportunity-premier-league/

To be perfectly honest i can’t think of any other sport where a player would show that level of deceit & and disrespect to another player in order to get him ejected from the field of play, football at times is a shitty game played by absolute bellends.

Always come across as a bit strange but until recently a solid professional.

Last night was a disgrace

He strikes me as someone manufacturing a persona of being different rather than it coming naturally which is really quite sad

I would not say a strange, he's just not your typical footballer which I found refreshing.

He’s definitely one of these (the video).

That video is 👌🏻 🤣

I gave Benjamin White a massive benefit of the doubt before. I quite liked his 'quirky' side even (mostly his views re not really being into football outside of playing it).

He is now well and truly sat atop the massive bellend pile of twatty footballers.

The brainless, creosoted, cheating prick.

Just feel as though fame has all gone to White's head a bit.

Then there was the whole England thing which was a joke, he's not a player in his early 30s who's legs are going.

I think this is a lot easier to understand if you switch the context to another profession.

People often assume that players should want to play for their country, but if you view it through the lens of someone that isn't in love with what they do and who might want a break from it...

Let's say you're a teacher and your opportunities for breaks / holidays are limited to school holidays. Those holidays give you a needed mental and physical break from what you're really good at (and put your all into when you're there), but you live for the break.
Your talent is recognised and you are selected to teach with a group of other teachers for a high-performing bunch of kids at holiday club. This holiday job gets less pay and more scrutiny than your term-time job. Last time you were there, you had a bust-up with the deputy head.

You'd rather go to Dubai with your mates and can do so by just making yourself unavailable for selection.

(He's still a massive dickhead though :lolol:)

I'm OK with it as long Southgate doesn't pick him for the Euros. Just announce your England retirement pal

You're either committed to England or you're not. Imagine if every player did that...

Absolutely.

He's made his choice...

I assume it's a choice he's comfortable with too.
