To be honest, and this isn’t intended to be offensive, but I’m too old for faux outrage. Loyalty works both ways in life and in football but we often have double standards regarding it.
As I said, I’ve no idea what the club said to him, what he said to the club etc, we only know what the club have said.
So rather than taking some baseless moral high ground, it’s better to just not care.
