Trossard was getting better with experience and is the sort of player that - had he still been here - might have produced a bit of magic to get us the 3 points vs Brentford.

Did he really do that much to deserve getting booed? Not for me, Clive.

I'm not keen on Arsenal but if they do win the title then the success that he and Ben White will enjoy will reflect well on our club.
Equally, he might have started the game, done **** all for 60 mins then got taken off. Don’t wish him any ill but he was infuriatingly inconsistent.

Fed up with trains. Sick of the rain.
He can hardly expect to be welcomed back after the way he downed tools to engineer his exit. In normal circumstances, therefore, I might be inclined to boo him.

But the hat trick he scored in the scousers back yard means he's upgraded from dislike to indifferent.

Up your alley
I love the pantomime of a good "BOOOOOOOOOOOO"!! I also think it will be something that gets to Trossard, although I fully expect him to score a belter and stand in front of NS cupping his ears , cue more pantomime gesturing from me. I fully expect Veltman to clobber him at some point! (Dutch/Belgian innit) cue Pantomime cheers and songs of "cry in a minute"!!!
Goggles surely

Boo simply because of the way he left and forced his way out - same as Caicedo or however the irrelevant Chelsea failure is spelt. It’s so easy to play 3-4-5 years and leave for a career move with dignity - like Ali Mac or Bissouma. If you act like a petulant child you’ll be booed. I’m also pretty sure the rumour about Dunk or Lallana pulling him up in training for not trying is true.

Sanchez would get more boos but I fully expect black eyes to get some stick cos of the gross way he left. I recall an interview where he said he won’t move to sit on the bench. True to your word Leo.

f*** him and Ben White and his hooped earrings - Ali Mac all the way and Liverpool fans show more class than the other big 6 for me. Ali Mac is a gentleman.

I liked Tross but he left like a twat! Spends most of his time on the bench these days which is a waste.

Ignore, but only because I won't notice him.

I'll be too busy complaining to a steward about the bird shit on the roof, or wondering whether my half time pie will be warm enough, or possibly too warm.

Trossard strikes me as the kind of player who would up his game when booed and ram it down our throats. Ignore for me.

Like when he set up Undav to score at The Emirates?

Ignore. For a player often seeming a bit disinterested, or away with his own thoughts, last thing I’d imagine we’d want to do is fire him up. Boo him I guess if you like opposition players cupping their ears to you after they’ve scored.

He’s someone who wanted a move to a bigger club for more money with a chance of winning things.

I don’t know the circumstances at the club and whether we tried to stop that move. And I don’t resent him the move, as I haven’t with any of the other players who’ve moved on as it’s life.

So I’ll just ignore.

We are all excepting of players wanting to move on it’s the way they go about it to try and get that move is the issue. Downing tools and buggering off to Belgium whilst under contract is not the right way to do things.

My train home from Brentford was full of Arsenal fans and they were raving about how good Trossard is, how he should be starting regularly etc. I was quite surprised, maybe he doesn't find it as difficult to be motivated when playing for a big club.
