I believe there may be some rewriting of history going on to deny that the ringfenced money was ever said.
Funny how Beaky, earlier this year, went big on the new investment push but then more recently has seemingly negotiated a loan secured against future player sales. I can only assume the investment push was too successful resulting in an unmanageable level of applicants so it was easier to get a loan.
