No, not at all! I thought the idea that others were entertaining was a special 10% allocation just for MA+ members was a bit silly.

I don't agree with the idea that there should be some sympathy for MyAlbion+ not being able to get away tickets at the moment though, and that some sort of workable option for them to be able to get access to away tickets should be found. It may be harsh on them, I just don't understand why someone who is only willing to pledge £25 a year to the club should get access vs someone who is willing to £600-800.

Great contribution - well done. These threads always go the same way as the safe standing threads. The usual old bores piling in.

As I say, there are alternative ways of running these schemes - I believe a number of premier league clubs simply have a single loyalty points band rather than a split between STHs/Members.

I'm not commenting on what I think would be best. Nor am I stating an opinion on whether this will or should change. Thanks for providing yours though.

My deepest apologies, I thought forums were about opinions?

Maybe you should put the threads where the usual old bores pile in on ignore if they're getting to you. That's what I do with threads I have no interest in.

I do think its a little unfair that an Albion+ member who has built up points by attending matches who then becomes a STH loses all of those built up points (actually half the points which get carried forward)

The sooner we all stop having opinions the sooner we can close this thing down and get on with our lives.

It won't happen as the system is pretty fair tbh but it wouldn't hurt to have say 100 tickets put by for Albion+ members,and Crodo does the sweepstake for the London games.

A guy I work with has just got a season ticket at Liverpool after a 24 year wait on the list. His season ticket only allows him to attend home league games.

Cup games, European games and away games are all different schemes.

Sounds absolutely bonkers.

If you are willing to put your time money and effort in you will rise up the points system just like every fan that is in the top tier of the system currently.

Unless I'm reading this wrong, you don't loose all of your points ...

What happens if I become a season ticket holder?
Your loyalty points balance earned by attending away matches and/or home cup matches are carried forward with the usual 50% reduction each season. Any points earned for attending home league matches will be removed. You will be given a priority level for your season-ticket status plus the points carried forward from attending away matches and or home cup matches. You will not be credited any bonus points as these apply only once you renew for a consecutive season.

Ah right I thought it was all, although they still lose the league match points though so in effect puts an Albion+ member who attended all league matches the season before in exactly the same loyalty bracket as somebody who buys a ST having never attended a game before, although that is probably pretty rare

Oh I do realise this I just feel for an Albion+ member who may have built up 50-100 points for their loyalty over the season who instead of starting their first ST season with a small batch of points has to start again - I suppose this is compensated by the fact that they jump up a level for away games
