The real truth may likely never be known, but whether this is an elaborate false flag or ISIS, I don't think that matters tbh.

It suits Russia to spin it as Ukraine behind it, they announced 500k mobilisation 2 days ago, they need to unify society around the flag and against an enemy capable of this atrocity which is wall to wall in Russian news and voila...... its Ukraine. Perfect timing

This is rerun of the 1999 Moscow apartment bombings play to get pretext to crush Chechnya and mobilise society.
