Ok you can find infite amounts of look how good we are on the YT channel if youre into that. But if you spend 2.5 years filming a movie and the end product is a gorilla beating his chest in the mirror for 90 minutes then whats the point.

Think this one might end up fully on the cutting room floor, the moment has passed, the interest will be at zero for neutrals at this point, and for fans it's becoming rather minimal. The whole thing has been a very odd situation, and a proper waste of time.

What a f*** up. On one of the rare instances i bothered reading Barber's programme notes this season around about Christmas he said they would put it out in a few local cinemas early in the year. Goodness knows what happened.

It was originally due for release in August 2022 (this from the West Ham programme in May 2022):-
So not far off being two years behind the publicly-stated date.
It's true. They've completely missed the boat on it. It should have been released as we were about to play in Europe. The interest from anyone outside of Brighton's fanbase will have completely waned now.

Releasing it after first top 10 made sense same releasing it first time qualifying for Europe maybe ending it with our Ajax away win or something. But releasing it after a 4 month long battle with Bournemouth for 12th not really blockbuster stuff is it

Release looked promising for a while back there, what with the Duke of York's gala showing and everything. Seems to have all gone quiet again tho. What gives?
