I knew, but seeing as I don't rely on paydays anymore, didn't care.
I get paid on the same date each month, whatever day it fails on. Sunday, Easter, Leap year. So it makes no odds, hence I didn’t realise. Or care.
Surely for this to be a debate, somebody has to argue that it isn't, in fact, a leap year.

We had a meeting yesterday where we were told we weren't being paid and we'd get our wages at some point in March.
I'm just grateful I didn't commit to a hefty outlay 72 hours earlier...
...oh.
Only a day or two ago. Doesn‘t matter anyway, has no impact on me

It had been argued both ways until a calendar behind the bar was pulled out

It was one of those that went on for far longer than it should have done.

No-one in IT in the pub then? Years divisible by 4 are leap years unless it is a year at the turn of a century in which case they must be divisible by 400.
The clue for me was it’s every four years and the last one was in 2020, anyway more importantly the girls can apparently ask their partners for their hand in marriage on Thursday, be vigilant guys, head out all day if you have too, a good mate of mine got snared in 2020!!
