Commentator said we haven’t won 2 consecutive Premier League home games all season… I haven’t verified that comment but that could be the difference in European football next year and not. So many frustrating draws.
Indeed, but imagine being a Man U supporter, tonight. :)
Swings and roundabouts, and it's a point gained on them.

I see that a lot too - Facu is particularly good off the ball and creating space to be the receiver but it is not used enough by others. One of Adingra’s attempts on goal I thought at the time might have been better if he’d put in a cross to Buonanotte who was standing on the edge of the 18 yard box like a lemon with no one around him - as it was, Adingra went for it but didn’t have a clear eyeline to the goal and his shot was inevitably deflected over by a defender.
No surprise we find these players better when Lallana is on the pitch……

Sorry for “fixtures”, but when is Barco going to be available?
On the ‘bench’ today ….but not the right row

Just got back, pretty happy given the circumstances. We dominated possession but didn't really have any decent chances, whereas they looked like scoring on every one of the few occasions they ventured out of their half. That miss from Beto towards the end was pathetic.

We usually end up with nothing in that scenario, even with 11 men, so a point is a big bonus. Perhaps a case of naivety from De Zerbi again tbh, it always goes the same against those teams. Adingra was totally marked out of the game so the first half tactic of just getting the ball to him was pointless.

The ref- not directly at fault for us not winning as we did that ourselves- had an absolute shocker. His made up 'drop ball' after he blew when we were attacking because an Everton player got hit with the ball and was rolling around, the free kick they got when Calvert-Lewin went over the top of Igor for a challenge, the lack of action on any of their timewasting which was rife from the first whistle, not booking Dyche despite him going nuts all game but booking De Zerbi, and most of all, the f***ing obvious second yellow for Tarkowski which he bottled. Utter shit.

I haven't seen the goal back so not sure if anyone particularly was culpable, but thought Igor, Dunk and Van Hecke all had very good games today.

Newcastle and Bournemouth - both won 3-1. But not since.

I’m going to slightly disagree with you re ‘decent chances’ …we had two headers from first half corners that we should have done far better with….i’d say they qualify as decent…just my opinion :)

…posting this again as Dunk made up for one of those headers and it was his 400th league appearance for the club

I thought Adingra had their RB on toast for the first 30-40 minutes, and the long balls to him were excellent

I bet all those early leavers are gutted and it serves them right !!!
How can people leave on 81 minutes and miss a total of 18 minutes football today.
Words failed me when I saw them like rats deserting a sinking ship when Billy got his red card.
Rant over !!!!
Agreed I thought the same! Anyone who left on 80 mins missed a fifth of the game. Or in monetary terms at £40 a ticket, £8 worth of action. Let alone your point about supporting your team! I just don’t get it

We beat Newcastle and Bournemouth in back to back games at home.

There has been a lot of frustrating draws but the mark of a good side is when you are not at your best don’t lose. We clawed back a point today and against Sheffield United at home we were clinging on a bit after going down to ten but got a point. Yes we want wins but as long as we keep getting something it’s not a disaster.

It was their loss and their's to make. If I had the ability to go to the match, I wouldn't leave until the players had left the field.
But that's just me - everyone is different and has reasons.
It makes them no less of a fan, imho.
Besides, hasn't this 'leaving early' thing been mentioned before? :)

Ha ha, my son who’s 17 said as we finished celebrating the equaliser “why would you leave early when there’s only a goal in it?”. Obviously we stayed to the end and then for a drink after.

Draw a fair result today. Dyche knows how to frustrate us. We deserved a point but not all three.

The thing that really pissed me off today was the three people to my left only live in Brighton !!!
What's the f***ing rush ??
I drive 2 hours to every home game and wouldn't dream of pissing off early whatever the score.

I've only managed to see the Albion about 10 times this season ( but it is just under a 1000 mile round trip...lol ), but I never go early.

In the defence of those who go early at 81 minutes, at least they turn up for games . They were there for 81 minutes more than quite a few on this thread who are happy to give us their "expert opinion".

I do understand some going early for a variety of reasons, not least being, that often it is those who are not so young and struggle with that awful queue and long wait at Falmer station. Some have long standing arrangements to go out on a Saturday evening etc etc etc.

I often think the early leavers are doing the remainder a favour , because they have made their way out of the queues, and on the early trains and buses by the time the majority join the queues after the game finishes.

It isn't but RDZ refers regularly (including yesterday's' presser) to the 3 against Sheff U, Fulham, and Burnley that we really should have won. Would be on 45 points and 6th and odds on European football; instead looks like a bunfight for the second Europa League and Conference place (assuming top 5 get CL as looks likely).

Try living 3 hour drive away then you might. This is only the 2nd time I have missed an Albion goal; the previous time was also a Dunk goal against Charlton way back (and I think salvaged a draw). That is a very decent return for scores of hours saved not waiting for MR bus.

I’ll be honest, that makes it worse for me. If I was going to drive 3 hours then I’d definitely stay for the whole game
