It's because the club is so well run that they can lose so many players and staff, and still be 7th in the Premier League.

It all goes to show that the individuals at the club, whether they be players, managers or whatever are pretty insignificant compared to the club itself.
There are others that most should care about.
I find it hard to have a strong opinion on Directors of Football, or Recruitment wombles, because the truth is, none of us know what each of them specifically DO, or how good they are at it.
But (ignoring any personality issues, or acrimony over their departures) all of Bissouma, Caicedo and Trossard are excellent footballers who in other circumstances RDZ would love to have available to us still.
And all the evidence suggests that Ben Roberts is one of the best goalkeeper coaches in the game, so I'd like him back, too.
