[Finance] Good people of NSC - UK Financial Advisor Recommendations

Please could someone PM me any contacts you would recommend for a financial advisor skilled in understanding the financial implications of caring for aging parents. I need to understand how the UK system calculates assets, formulas used to provide care both in the home and more than likely outside of the home. One parent with dementia and another with increasing mobility issues. I have tried and tried to get straight answers from a number of organisations, but I feel an outside expert would be very useful.
