Very tempted by this, but I see also that Australian Pink Floyd are at the Brighton Centre on 14 November (tickets from £43.95).

Thought about it. 51 squid plus booking. Rather see a couple of smaller bands in smaller venues for that money.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Nick's Saucers. Absolutely superb - and a constant joy. You'll also hear deeper cuts than the overdone "best of" type show that the Aussies do (who give a really set performance each show, lacking the feel of a proper live band somehow). Bass player Guy Pratt has obviously worked with Pink Floyd/David Gilmour since 1987, keyboardist Dom Beken worked very closely with Richard Wright in his final years, and Gary Kemp is a revelation on guitar (alongside Lee Harris who is similarly superb on guitar)Very tempted by this, but I see also that Australian Pink Floyd are at the Brighton Centre on 14 November (tickets from £43.95).
