[Help] Looking for a recommendation for solicitor (property purchase)

Bennett Oakley in Burgess Hill did a decent job for us, were competitively priced and easy to deal with despite not living near their office. Had to nudge them along sometimes but that’s been my experience with all conveyancing. They were always easy to get hold of and responded efficiently to emails.

Richard Woodley at Engleharts did our sale / purchase in the very tight timeframes and general stress of the partial lockdown release and stamp duty faff. Very good solicitor and he's an Albion fan.

Agree. I’d also say Dean Wilson in general are superb.
Lawyer friends who work in another town but are Brightonians and know most firms, rate Dean Wilson of Seven Dials highly.
I really cannot rate Dean Wilson enough. They’ve been my solicitors for a long time now and the standard has never dropped. A particular case against Mark Packwood was particularly pleasing.
