Why are you obsessed with people protesting outside Downing St?

I would hazard a guess it’s so you don’t have to actually counter someone’s argument with intelligent debate.

It seems you hold the view that if one doesn’t protest in person, then anything one posts on here is invalid.

Please see my previous post.
Good try.
As said before I have no intention with arguing with you.
I disagree with most things you post but you have more compassion for people than anyone on here.

Well TBH I'm amazed it taken so long but a Tory MP has finally broken cover and advocated the return of the death penalty.

Anyone prepared to guess who one? Sorry no prizes...

I would have said Braverman but this one doesn’t surprise me. There are a few who have said similar over the past few years.

I've looked into this a bit further and apparently he mentioned Lee Rigby.
Today there is a by-election in West Lancashire for the seat previously held by Laboure MP Rosie Cooper, who was the victim of a plot to kill her by a Neo Nazi group.

What a fetid mess we have in government right now.

Obviously reading isn't your strong point sunshine.
Don't just see who is posting but f***ing read it.
We are all f***ed but people like you are making it left v right.
But the Right have been in government for the last 13 years, and are rabidly supported by most of Britain's national newspapers.

And he still has the brass neck to milk £220k and rising of tax payers money for defending himself against misconduct allegations.

He boils my piss.
And even today, the Tories and their press poodles are slagging-off strikers for being 'greedy'.

Arrogant, hypocritical, Tory scum.

Yet, what do any of you do. Believe in the democratic system and echo in here.
Even if one person went to Downing Street, that is action. You can take behaviour to the very limits, just know the law and when to walk away.
Change or no change? Its really not in our hands (but you will have a great time abusing people who think they are untouchable)
And then you wake up in the morning, watch the news, and nothing has changed.
At least you gave it a go, and will again.
Action that this government is aiming to outlaw.

That's right, a Tory government which claims that 'the fascist Left' is silencing free-speech through 'cancel culture' is itself legislating to criminalise peaceful protest.

Good old Lee:

They are seeing a country where the streets are paved with gold – where, once you land, they are not in that manky little f***ing scruffy tent. They are going to be in a four-star hotel! And they know that Serco is buying up houses everywhere, to put them in for the next five years. Why wouldn’t you come?

I’d send them straight back the same day. I’d put them on a Royal Navy frigate or whatever and sail it to Calais, have a standoff. And they’d just stop coming.
