Moises conduct up to last week has been top notch... Everyone has spoken highly of him as a person and a professional. RDZ also reiterated only yesterday that he was a very good guy. With this i mind, i suspect he is already feeling bad about what he did last week and has probably spent the weekend worrying about his actions. I wouldn't mind betting that he comes back even better on Wednesday and keen to make up for his stupid and naive behaviour
I don't know if you're right, but I like it

The Arsenal fans scweaming wacism at Brighton (we only sell white players, and keep the black ones enslaved) has got to be one of the funniest - and saddest - things for a long time. Tw*ts!
That does sound mad, but then, it's twatter, so...

We get a few windup merchants here, but twatter must be at least 50% windup. I'd have no confidence that a mentally well person wrote that as a serious comment.

I think there is a large element of not allowing the club to be held over a barrel by a kid, so we're not budging on this.

Trossard was a senior pro, 3 and a half years service, 120 appearances, 28 years old. He gets a bit of leeway to request a move. Caicedo is 21, 26 appearances, a very junior player, he doesn't get to act like this.
I agree except I wouldn't say 'senior players get to act in one way, but junior players don't, I'd say it's down to all your other points - length of service to the club, time left on contract, and length of career left.

After all, if you're good enough, you're old enough, so I don't believe that we generally expect better behaviour from our younger players.

Dreadful. An "article" entitled "Why Tony Bloom and Brighton should take the money" followed by a load of crappy waffle that barely answers the question.

Dear oh dear.
Easy now, I think Kosh wrote it. Or maybe he was just the adviser.

Are you saying March is getting more stick now than he used to?
Did you go on twitter before his recent hot streak/after the Leicester miss? The toxic nature of some of our fans on social media is embarrassing, same as JPVH after that game.

Obviously all fans have a certain amount of cretins, ‘big’ clubs just have a higher percentage, Arsenal fans will soon come crashing down to earth.

Not just on social media....some of our away following can be just as bad. Less so this season than last, but they are hugely intolerant of any error and quickly resort to slagging players off.

Translated into its real meaning. Conversations between Brighton & Arsenal = they’ve made an offer and we’ve told them where to go, if all other reports are to be believed.

There are agreements = between Caicedo’s agents and Arsenal.

Nothing to see here. Move along.

Hopefully.

I don't really use twitter (just the odd peak for some bits of news) - do you mean the recent Leicester game, or the home one?

I'm certainly used to fans (here and at the Amex) moaning about March, but I imagined it would have lessened recently, on the basis of him being bloody brilliant.

Yep, big clubs have far more plastics, many of whom have never been to the country, let alone a game. I would have thought we were nowhere near those levels of delusion.

The recent 2-2 game where JPVH admittedly did look shaky at times (First PL start ffs) and March missed that absolute sitter where he slipped as he went to put the ball into an open net.

The comments in the posts after the game were mostly along the lines of ‘Thanks JPVH but spend 40m on Colwill because this guy is shit’ and March was back to being league one championship at best.

Arsenal have been the joke of the league for years and one taste of success and it goes to their head, they are the club version of Aaron Connolly.

Blimey, I didn't know there were idiots still complaining about March

"whilst recruiting a legitimate short term quality replacement, and by that I mean signing someone established rather than taking another punt."

Yeah, how hard can it be to get a 'quality' (but immediately available) replacement, but just for the short-term and on modest wages (so it doesn't unsettle the entire squad/set-up) and get them fully up-to-speed with RDZ's intricate, possession-based team tactics in time for the game against Bournemouth on Saturday, eh? EH?

I'm sure you can think of dozens of suitable players, but forgot to name any?!
It's embarrassing isn't it.

Why would you even buy this for a second? The maths is simple: -

Average monthly wage in Ecuador is 480 US Dollars;
x 14 (12 siblings + parents) = $6,720 a month - $80,640 per annum;
$80,640 = £65,090.

If the estimates of Caicedo's wages (£15,000 per week - the reports of £3,500 were from last season) are to be believed, he's earning £780,000 a year - 11.98 times the average combined salary of a family of 14 people all working full time in Ecuador.

In other words, he could already give each of his siblings and his parents three times the average annual salary in Ecuador to add to whatever they are earning a year themselves and he'd still have half a million quid a year for himself.

In other words he's already earning life changing money and what the agent wrote for him to say was a manipulation of the situation designed to engender sympathy for his client from those happy to take things at face value.
And that's not even taking into account the fact that Brighton would have no trouble more than tripling his current wages.
