A DULLARD will be able to provide better figures, but a run in Europe apart from the Champions League doesn’t bring in that much, takes its toll on extra fixtures and requires a larger squad with consequent effects on the wage bill. Selling Caicedo would probably bring in more. But I imagine TB values little old Albion qualifying for Europe as worth more than mere money, as I’m sure most of us do! (Because it isn’t our money)
All of which would be trumped by 'status' - assuming of course the Albion didn't do a West Ham/Bumley/Leicester.

Not sure that's the point. He is probably already earning enough that he wouldn't have to work again if he got a compensation pay based on existing wages but I doubt anyone, given a choice of having the same earnings or having 5 times as much would turn it down, in whatever job they do.
That’s just prize money, there would obviously be extra income streams on top of that. Although i think a majority of advertising, certainly in the stadium, is with UEFA partners and included in the prize money.
I too think he will be gone, and whilst he may stay I don’t think he is the disruptive type(notwithstanding the fact that his agents clearly are).
