Don't believe this one - it's just a bluff to get Chelsea to come in and gazump us with a £100 million heist and thus to distract them away from Caicedo and MacAllister

Yes stop the gossip about outbounds please but the inbounds are all fun, no?
They are only fun if we actually land them. Also, if you can guarantee there will be no more outs (apart from maybe U21 loans) then I'll start to enjoy the incomings. Elsewise, I am happy with one Belgian out and one Argentinian in this window

Shane Duffy returning from his loan at Fulham to make room at Craven Cottage for Cedric Soares.
Now that's exciting. Who needs Matvienko?

He might be heading somewhere. Left out of the last Mallorca fixture.

That's it he is a gravity whore.
If we did buy this lad, he’d need to toughen up a bit and stay vertical.

If you watch Palace, you can see that their rhythm and momentum often breaks down when Zaha takes a tumble. It’s massively disruptive to the sort of passing and possession game Viera had tried and failed to install at the near derelict Selhurst park. I don’t know want to see someone who is always thinking about their next dive at our club. I wonder if Grealish still dives about all the time or if Pep has educated him?

He was on a one match suspension and not been tearing up trees for the previous games anyway. He definitely has talent but step up from Mallorca to prem league is a big one and will be a challenge for him. Mallorca are having a decent season (relegated a couple of seasons ago) but a lot of their points have come from pretty tedious 1-0 wins. Could be that he prospers at a more attacking, mobile Brighton.
He said after the world cup that he wanted to stay, so probably on his way to Sussex!

Yep, 4.5 billion people, half the planet, all with great attitudes, them Asians.
Don't be flippant. The Japanese supporters cleaning up after the WC games...the work ethic....the acceptance of hierarchy and structure (excellent in medicine, firefighting, war and football, less so in dealing with nutters, crooked bosses and general shitehousery, mind, but BHA is free of that) . . . there are things to acknowledge there. Even if admiration is beyond you...

I wonder if when Gary Lineker joined Grampas 8 in the J-League, there was a Japanese football forum discussing how his Englishness meant he had a poor attitude, no respect for heirarchy and likely wouldn't clean up after his team mates in the changing room?

I’ve got a mate who used to stock the vending machines at Grampas 8 and he reckons the focus was on Lineker shitting himself on the pitch
