I think it's fairly clear it's beyond his control. They were very lucky not to lose to Wolves and were blown away by us and he hasn't been able to prevent either of those things happening. Given what he's got available right now, they're reliant on their front 3 doing the business and Alisson keeping them in games.

We have nothing to fear from Wolves or from Liverpool.

Wolves. Liverpool have ridiculously good expensive players and just because we absolutely destroyed them Sat, it doesn’t mean it’ll happen again. Wolves are also on a decent little run though so both will be tough - need to keep our feet on the ground for all games on here and in the dressing room…

Not sure. I can’t believe I’m typing this but if Liverpool can only put that same midfield 3 out again then Liverpool! Our midfield 3 will dominate them, again.

Liverpool. They're easy to beat.

But jokes aside, I would expect Liverpool to come back to the Amex feeling they have something to prove, so maybe Wolves would be the less difficult option.

Of course, you don't win cups by avoiding difficult games. Eventually you have to beat somebody good.

But 40 years of hurt hasn't stopped me dreaming!

Liverpool played into our hands on Saturday. It's unlikely they'd do the same again, so I'm pretty sure we'd have the best chance of progressing if it's Wolves.
