Yes. And there’s some nonsense about penalty shoot outs before group games to ensure no teams collude to draw the final game and put the third team in the group out.

That's the plan but I don't think it has been confirmed yet. The group stage will end up with loads of dead matches or possibilities of collusion, just up FIFA's street

Why didnt you quote my more recent post written after you and all of us had the benefit of the VAR decision? - the first post I wrote in response to linesman who I believe had called it fully over the line - and the commentary playback looked as if it had to me too. It hadnt gone to VAR at that point and we hadnt seen the VAR playback
